Acrylic works from 2018, the year I really connected with my art and let it take me on a journey I never thought was possible! I relocated from my SoCal life to Northern California, where I found my roots among the Giant Redwood trees. This is where the animals started speaking to me, it felt like they had lessons they could teach about adapting and thriving in new situations. So I started painting animals, and then people would see me painting them live and share these incredible stories with me about their own encounter with that animal. The connection that my work had allowed me to make with both nature and other humans really sparked up some magic for me! I decided to paint a whole series.
